Plant Redbud Trees With the Pittsburgh Redbud Project

This spring offers a robust planting season for the Pittsburgh Redbud Project. Since the project’s launch last year, WPC has planted more than 1,000 Eastern redbud and complementary tree species with the help of more than 400 volunteers. You can get involved with the Pittsburgh Redbud Project this month during a variety of tree planting, tree care and sapling giveaway events. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette recently featured the Pittsburgh Redbud Project, which is funded by Colcom Foundation. Learn more about Pittsburgh Redbud Project activities and register as a volunteer.
